Organic Stoneground Whole Rye Flour
Rye flour has a delicious earthy flavour that is more robust than wheat. It works perfectly in sourdoughs, dark breads, pizza doughs or even pancakes!
While finely ground, this flour is slightly heavier than all purpose flours. Replace up to ½ the plain flour in recipes, or if using all rye flour increase the raising agent slightly.

Description: Organic Whole Rye Flour is the whole rye grain gently ground in a stone mill. All of the endosperm and germ is retained.
