General Information
Sourdough Supplies was born out of a passion for baking, cultivated during the pandemic when we dedicated time to creating delicious baked goods for our families. As our love for baking deepened, we realized a gap in the local market for high-quality baking tools and ingredients that met our standards.
Driven by this discovery, we set out on a mission: to empower home bakers, bakeries, and restaurants with premium baking equipment and specialty bakeware, enabling them to create better food, drinks, and moments.
Today, we proudly provide an extensive range of products—from Weck Jars to premium flours—helping bakers across Singapore elevate their craft and enjoy the art of baking to its fullest.
We do not have a physical store location, but we are based in Singapore and have two warehouses located at:

159 Sin Ming Rd, Amtech Building #02-03, Singapore 575625 (Only flours)
Please note that the warehouses are not open for browsing. Please place an order online and make an appointment with us before heading down to our warehouse for self-collection so that we may prepare your order and be ready to welcome you.
Delivery Information
All non-flour orders have weight-based delivery fees for both local and international shipping.
We also offer international shipping for flour orders above S$200. Shipping fees will be calculated according to delivery address and shipment weight.

Flour deliveries by our own fleet are made on Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM to 6 PM.
Other deliveries by our third party couriers take place everyday.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you can expect to receive your items within 3-5 business days.
For B2B flour orders, please place your order before 12pm for next day delivery*
*This is only for working days and non-public holidays.
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm. Additional charges of $30 will apply.
Delivery fees vary based on order value. For orders above S$70, delivery is free. Otherwise, a flat rate of $30 applies.
Yes, self-collection is available at 159 Sin Ming Rd, Amtech Building #02-03, Singapore 575625 (Only flours) during business hours.

Yes, we offer free local delivery islandwide for orders of S$200 and above. All local flour orders below S$200 have a delivery fee of S$30.
Order Modifications and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will update the address.
Once you have made payment to your order, you will not be able to amend your order. To add an item, please start a new order.
Returns and Exchanges
Please email us at hello@sourdoughsupplies.com with your order details and reason for return.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective product.
For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned. All bags of flours cannot be returned and no refunds will be processed for wrong flour orders placed.
