We have made every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and colours. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be fully accurate.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time. Any offer on this site is void where prohibited by law.
We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations, or that errors in the site will be corrected.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where orders appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or where quantities exceed reasonable personal use.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. Other content may be transmitted over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements.
If we cancel or modify your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or contact details provided at checkout.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and packed for dispatch, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at hellosourdoughsupplies@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Changes to a delivery address may be accommodated if the order has not yet left our facility. Additional items cannot be added to an existing order — please place a new order separately.
6. Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original condition within 3 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened products (for hygiene reasons)
- All flour products — no returns or refunds will be issued for incorrect flour ordered by the customer
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where an error was made on our part or a product is confirmed defective. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and supporting photos.

8. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on this site — including product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability — is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel orders placed on the basis of incorrect information, including after an order has been submitted.
The site may contain historical or outdated information provided for reference only. We have no obligation to update any content unless required by law.
