Sourdough Baking Classes
About the Chef
Chef Mong has been teaching cake decoration and conducting culinary classes for the past 16 years in various establishments like Phoon Huat, Miele and community centres.
About 8 years ago, Chef Mong went into bread baking, especially sourdough and panettone.
Class Schedules
Classes are conducted in cosy groups of 4 students and are suitable for both beginner and intermediate level students.
Different breads are scheduled for each class and sign-ups are subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.
