Shipping and Delivery

What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

Non-perishable/ Non-food items

We provide free shipping for orders above S$60 to Singapore and Malaysia for non-perishable (i.e non-food) items. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of S$10 for shipping to Singapore and Malaysia and a flat rate of S$30 for international shipping to anywhere else in the world.

You will receive your order within 3-5 business days upon payment for Singapore and Malaysia and within 7-14 business days for other international orders,

Please note that we do not ship glass items (i.e WECK jars) outside Singapore. 

Perishable/ Food items

We provide free shipping for orders above S$200 to Singapore for all perishable (i.e food and consumables) items. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of S$30 for shipping within Singapore.

For international shipping, we are happy to help obtain a quote from our courier partners and arrange for international deliveries for a minimum order os S$200. We are unable to offer free shipping for international orders. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We will send you more details upon receipt of your order.

9 Loyang Way, #04-01 Krislite Building, Singapore 508722 between 10am-5pm on Mondays to Fridays, by appointment only.

Warehouse for perishables/ food items

159 Sin Ming Rd, Amtech Building #02-03, Singapore 575625 between 1pm-4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, and between 10am to 12pm on Saturdays, by appointment only.
