Taste: Sweet, nutty, nutrient-rich with a beautiful depth of flavour that comes with consuming the whole grain.

Process: Stoneground flour with a large percentage of wholewheat, long fermentation, slow air-dried.

  • Penne: Tomato and basil sauce, puttanesca
  • Shells: Roast pumpkin, olive oil, garlic, chilli, parsley
